Hi, I’m Lesly Ocotitla, a bilingual, licensed children’s speech therapist based in Los Angeles, California.

I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from California State University, Los Angeles. I am certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and hold a California state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

I specialize in working with babies, toddlers, and preschoolers, including late talkers, autistic babies and toddlers, and gestalt language processors. I guide parents to help their child say first words, combine words, and begin using sentences through play and everyday routines.

Over the years, I’ve worked one-on-one with many families across Los Angeles, California in-home, in-clinic, and virtually using effective, evidence-based strategies that have helped children communicate. I want to teach you the approaches that have helped other families see progress, whether your child needs support with early words, sounds, gestures, combining words, or producing speech sounds more clearly. Together, we support your child’s first words and beyond.
